This story breaks my heart - what a life that poor girl endured. I am at the stage now where I am muting radio's or changing channels when the news comes on. I am fucking sick and tired of these types of deaths and the "lessons will be learned" responses. I would not consider the death penalty normally but these cunts who do this are amongst the few who I think should know their day in court will mean they are going to die.

What is often the case in these types of cases is that one of the parental figures isn't a blood relative, in this case it is a step mother who is the mother of Sara's four younger siblings.

There's resentment and jealousy towards the victim, one-upmanship and 'I'll show how much I care for my new partner and her kids" by carrying out the beatings and escalating the violence. Because there are two people, rather than them realising how cruel and nasty they have been it reinforces their delusions that the violence is normal discipline.

Horrible sick and evil people. Just can't understand how that woman could possibly have maternal instincts and treat other children in that way.

An absolute minimum of 30 years for each one of them.

This case has really upset me when I see the beautiful pictures of this young girl with her whole life ahead of her and her scumbag family did this to her , life in prison for all 3 to be served back in their own country instead of here.

I'm so sorry to hear you suffered incompetentence from SS just when you needed support with your dad. Absolutely nothing surprises me with beaurcracy in this country. Being old is seen as a crime.
