And we don't have "they were bottom when I joined but I kept them up" in every bloody interview by him.
He will no doubt blame the mess the club was in but forget how much he spent and how many of his own he brought in

I think it was probably a big reason why he took the job in the first place, his excuses (in his mind) were already there for him and he saw it as a no lose situation, he'll still use the above and re how much he spent no doubt, rightly or wrongly, he'll say that they needed to 'bed in'.

Hope Wigan go down anyway, purely because of Dave Whelan.

Wigan have played this like they played against 10 man QPR, a few of their players strolling around as if they're already safe. No urgency.

Bye bye QPR. 2 down at home to Stoke
Fulham 1-1 now v arsenal. Edit ruled out. Correct call but could have easily not been. Arsenal having the luck these days
what happened here?
Reporter shot his load early :)

I feel sorry for Martinez. He tries to play football, not hoofball (a la Pulis) and he seem a sound bloke as well. But agreed; Whelan is a, to use a BlueMoon adjective, thundercunt.

A common problem amongst men of a certain vintage. So I'm told!

Giroud the latest to go for a two-footed tackle, suspended for Arsenal vs. Rags.

Arsenal getting so many dodgy decisions lately, Spurs fans must be apoplectic. Arteta should be off the pitch now and their goal came directly off a dodgy decision.
Happened a few weeks back against Norwich too. They will get fourth easily from all the dodgy calls
