Saudi Pro League

Which part? name 10 better.
It’s subjective, Savic played for a Lazio in a shit league, the other played for Inter and won just one league title. Despite rumours of Savic coming to the Premier League I found him to be underwhelming when I saw him play. I’m not an expert on Italian football, it bores me to tears and the play acting makes it unbearable to watch.

The PL & UEFA will have a big problem and will have to have a re-think, if the Saudi's maintain this level of spending for the next few years...and they thought we were the problem!

UEFA will definitely have to scrap the salary cap idea and with what's going on in Saudi and in Miami that they are roping in major corporations to pay Messi a $1m/week, the PL's investigation of us looks more and more pathetic every day!

Not only salary cap, but FFP as well. Still how many teams in Europe are prepared, even if they have money, to pay Nevez, Mahrez or Henderson salary? I would say no European club would do it. I still see them as temporary disruptors only, don't see how it can last.

So Saudi have claimed their first PL victim: Fulham.

Totally destroyed them taking their best player and manager.

It depends, they've obviously convinced the players they've already signed that it's legit...for now!
It will definitely be interesting to see what happens with it though, but if they survive and can start enticing top players who are in their prime, then every league needs to be worried.

I can’t see these players wanting to reside long term in Saudi and probably will get homesick before long, money isn’t everything

They have bought some big names and some decent players but what they need now are some decent managers and some decent goalkeepers.

When you watch football that's at a poor standard, the thing that highlights it the most is the keepers are crap.

Will be fun to watch the Saudi league this season. Far more exciting than the Italian and French league.

We can't welcome Saudi's and Qatari's into our Football Clubs, and then complain about them taking our players. It's been a refreshing change this summer.
