TV Sport 5 in Portugal show it for obvious reasons, but that's the only channel in Europe I think that actually bothers.

Al Ahli’s front 3 is looking like being Saint-Maximin on the left, Mahrez on the right and Firmino down the middle. Probably two-thirds of the PL would be happy with that!

The franchise owners will blow the league up before ever agreeing to promotion/relegation.
There is a reason the American owners in the PL are desperate to scrap it: they want an MLS style structure with guaranteed participation (read revenue) and massive buy-in payments for any newcomers.
Hence the Super League.
