The Irony of the situation Isn't lost on me that when they leave the CL this week then Fat Sam demolishes them on Saturday and If as is likely we tear him a newun the following Tuesday it could be our game that decides his fate !

Thing is Fergies backroom staff not working at the minute would probably only take one or two phone calls and it would be as if he hadn't been away. Stop gap measure till a new manager appointed in the summer. Only thing I could see that would work against this is Fergies public backing for Moyes would look bad on him if he had to take over from the man who he told the fans to back when the going got tough. Phew Wee Davey is a lucky sod.

To be fair, the majority on there have dismissed it totally. He won't come back to that group of players. Why do you think he jacked it in in the first place? Whatever you may think of Fergie, he's no fool. He could see what was coming for that squad, and left on a high after (as they see it) reclaiming what is rightfully theirs last season. Why would he come back, and face the pressure/hassle that goes with that job?

A win for Davey could be vital on Wednesday.

Some of them actually think they've got a chance of winning the CL. Bless. If Barca, Real or Bayern get hold of them, they'll be mauled.

Or PSG, or Atletico.
