Save Our Ruben Interim

He hasn't done anything to me like some of the rag cunts that have held sway at the swamp over the years.

What made me think was him playing with that strategy board seemingly lost somewhere it was maybe a chink in his armour that his vile bosses should be looking at.

He's a wealthy chap he should up sticks before that shocker of a place poisons him completely, what confirmed my opinion of what is happening to him was that absolutely mental interview.
Yeah, he pretty much knew why they were shite but admitted he couldn't do anything about it. It's a definite invitation to their board to get rid of him. Was brave (or daft) of him to stand up and do that interview.

Amorin needs to be left too it. Restarting again surely can't be an option after doing the same so many times.

Finishing mid table with no silverwear should be fine and dandy. Multiple losses should be fine and dandy. Terrible errors should be fine and dandy.

The only thing they should be afraid of is relegation.

He was done from the outset. The rags approached him mid-season, he tells them he will join after the season finishes, they tell him either come now or we look elsewhere, so he capitulated.

Any genuine coaching talent would have had the confidence to tell them either they accept his terms and wait, or they fuck off.

His response? "Well you can't say no when it's Man United". Spineless.
United behaving like a dodgy car salesman ....surely not . This is manchesterunished you're talking about . Had his head turned so much he didn't see the heap wrecked careers bigger than Mount Everest on the forecourt

Prior to the bank crisis of 2008 RBS were seen as far too big to fail. The same distress signals are being shown by the rags. Over indebted and their top brass answer is to do what they have always done borrow more and spend. I can't wait for their financial collapse!!
Me too .

It'll be our fault, of course.

Amorim's behaviour last night was one of the strangest things I have seem a Manager do. As a Leader he has to set an example to his players. It suggests strongly that he is incapable of dealing with the pressure of managing a big club in crucial matches (even the League Cup first round). Really he should be sacked on the spot.

Couldn’t even bare to watch pens in a first hurdle league cup game against Grimsby. Very weak.

Woah there Hoss!
You.. do realise which thread we're on??

Nice as he may be, the lesson that must be meted out for all to heed is:
You suck the devil's cock, you have to swallow the consequences...

Every time they change manager, you think that (eventually) they're going to land on someone who knows what they're doing. The law of averages suggests that they will get a decent manager in due course. That's why it's vital that we put the full weight of the finest football forum on the planet (that okay @Ric?) behind this campaign. Ruben has to be allowed to finish the job he's just starting. It has to be said, though; previous campaigns have met with a lacklustre response on here. Too many splitters, methinks.
I think the vast majority of us knew we were fighting a losing battle in every campaign we fought.

I know for a fact eye browse were raised in the city hierarchy when he was offered top job at the scum
That doesn't surprise me. I worked with him as part of City Matters so got to know him reasonably well and he's a thoroughly decent guy. But I suspect that job needs someone with a much more forceful personality.

Nah, sack him, let him get his huge payout, plunging the scum deeper in debt and they can 'turn another corner' with a new manager, put him on a huge contract then sack him after 18 months.

Rinse and repeat until all the money is gone.
They keep doing this, so I’m pretty they have found a magic money tree from the PL .

All well and good him going (if he goes), but who to replace him? Waistcoat?

No new signings after their recent spendings, a poisonous atmosphere in the changing room, the vile, drunken despot allegedly overlooking any and all proceedings, and a shell of a stadium that's probably being held together with Blu-Tack. And when you look at the list of managers they've had in the last 12 years or so -some piss poor, but others who should have proved to be at least capable, Maureen, Moyes, Van Gaal- who could change things for the better if they all failed?

The club were condemned to the scrapheap of yesterday's men the moment the Pisscan lost the Rock of Gibraltar case and allowed the Glazers to take over.

Listen guys, anyone who can focus enough to play tiddlywinks in the rain while the whole world thinks he's just an incompetent fool, demonstrably shows the determination and commitment to the cause which the MUFC board recognised instantly at his job interview.

Focus on the job, Ruben. Ignore the noise - we've got your back!
