He is young and was by far the better centre-half last night. He has all the attributes to be a world-class centre back and its not his fault his first games in a totally new league have been absolute pressure-cooker atmospheres due to injury, let him adapt and settle and we have a very good defender on our hands.

when Savic reaches Nedums age he won't be getting turfed away from Sunderland let's put it that way.... He'll be in our first team

Anyway. The point that poster makes is spot on. Mancini's turfed out players who can and would have helped with our push for the title this season to justify/accomodate his own signings.

I think it's the poster who made the stupid comment about Nedum probably rolling over laughing that you should be getting on the back of. A blue won't be laughing when his team gets knocked out of a competition whether he was turfed out or not (and everyone knows there were circumstances surrounding that as well).
