Physically and defensively Kabore is ahead of Couto. But Couto is technically ahead with better vision and attacking prowess.

I see Couto as more of a Pep player. But you never know.

The advantage Couto has is I believe as we are seeing now, Pep will go with attacking fullbacks.

Last seasons 4 CB approach ONLY works due to Stones, and since his fitness is sketchy he needs another way to make the back 3.

This season he usually makes Walker go wide (and sometimes the LB Gvardiol too). And this allowed Kova to pair with Rodri rather than Stones. Its alot easier to find a player like Kovacic (a natural DM) than Stones (nobody in the world can do what he does).

Walker just is very weak offensively even though he is fast, Couto could excel in a roll like that.

The other Girona RB seems to play more and some are saying he is more technical. Frimpong see to be raved about the most and has a buy out also might benefit Girona the most to keep the squad together
