Do you remember what you were like before you were born? Were you scared then? Don't worry about it. Live as best as you can and make the most of your life.
It's getting closer and closer to the "why", and can already explain much of the "how".Pelly Greeny said:Science cannot explain why we are who we are and how our 'minds' work

The dream felt like 30mins but it was for over a month.
You shouldn't fear death. This is the good phase of existence....
Pain is far worse.

Stupidly enough, he used to sleep round a lot of his friends houses and when he was there was using cocaine and other substances. In the end. he had a heart attack because of his drug use and the doctors told my mum.
OK firstly I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to your brother. That is an incredibly tough thing to have to deal with at your age and I hope that you have and use all the support of your friends and family in terms of dealing with your grief.
At a more practical level - have you been checked-out medically to ensure that you are not at risk yourself? It is not unreasonable for your GP to make sure that any medical issues are identified and dealt with. A clean bill of health from the medics would then give you some re-assurances and confidence and hopefully help you deal with your anxiety.
