Remember when we was linked with him under Hughes and the general feeling was one of slight dissapointed which was probably due to the fact that Kaka was being touted at the same time.

How is he still at West Ham and not in the England squad? He would compliment us very well at the minute, he definatley deserves better than he is getting at the minute, great player.

he's a quality player but he's doing himself a disservice by sticking around at the Hammers.

That Chelsea episode has probably stung him though so he's more than happy to be a star in a smaller team than not be given the chance to shine at a big club.

i agree! really good solid player, very similar to barry but prob abit more mobile,gets stuck in and scored a few spankers for the west ham too.

i think we could sign alot better tho!

i agree, he should be at a bigger club, and no doubt come the summer he'll move on
