Scott Parker

Anybody who wants to put Joey fucking Barton in the middle of what we're creating now is mentally retarded.

Only this.

I honestly think that some blues still long for the days when we were complete dog shit! :-/

I'd have Barton back on a free

Think you are living up to your name there fella.

LOL

Parker would be a great signing. Current PFA Player of the Year. England international. Bargain.

Barton... Well I'm not even going to entertain the thought. Not a chance in hell. Stick to tweeting.

Scott Parker would be a good siging but only if he was told he is going to be back up/rotation as I think we need a back up/rotation midfielder as we are playing a hell of a lot of matches this year, perfect Vieira replacement in my opinion

I am a fan. I'd have no qualms at all if he arrived on a reasonable fee & wage. Having just read the article on our "outcasts", I'd welcome a down to earth quality player on down to earth wages.

And a big fat YES from me too.......

Left Chelsea to get regular first team football, now in England set up don't think he would come to us to sit on bench or be used in rotation. Just my opinion.

Who would he replace then Gaz Baz, Nige or Yaya?

Sorry crap wording, I don't think he will come to City period because I don't believe he is good enough to replace anyone of the players you mentioned, he would have to be content with the bench and that is why he left Chelsea.

IMO.

I thought he was very good last season in a poor side, he's easily good enough to hold down a first team spot at probably at least 16 of the 20 clubs in the league, and if we were able to bring a player of his quality in when someone like De Jong got injured, or we wanted to close out a game, then I think that would be great, would be an excellent replacement for Vieira.

But, I doubt he would come here to sit on the bench, especially after his Chelsea career didn't go to well, he would be great at someone like Spurs, Liverpool, Everton or Villa though.

If we could get him for a price of around 5 or 6 million, then that would be decent, anything like £8m or more would just be too much.
