Cant see him wanting to come here to sit on the bench especially with euro 2012 coming up next year, but the bookies have dropped his odds to come to us drastically in the last 24 hours and I know its because a lot of money as been placed on him and thats why but why as major money been placed on him to come here.

Think it may have been a back up plan by Cook & Marwood (Not sure about Mancini) just in case the Nasri deal went tits up at the last minute (ssn just reported that a city source has said that the deal was the most protracted & difficult one ever done in Sheik Mansoor's time at the club.)

Surely now that the Nasri deal is (hopefully) concluded, it's more imperative we sign a wide man who, without necessarily having breakneck pace, has the ability to put in a real quality cross. - vis-a-vis: a Tommy Hutchinson or Mark Kennedy type of player.
 
On the verge of joining Spurs. Modric replacement? Considerable step down if so... as long as Modric doesn't play against us, I'm happy.
 
The only chance we have of getting him is to loan him and let RSC and Bridge go to them, and picking up the lions share of the combined wages of all 3.
 
Not ITK but have a feeling he is the loan player we are looking at.

He would jump at the chance to play for us. what happens if one of Barry, De jong or YAYA get injured. One of them will and None of them will be playing over 50 games this season.

63 games we could play this year. Its safe to say that Parker will get his chance. I think him and Barry will be competing for the same position.
