doubt he would have played if barry had been fit,as for stats this year, barry is a premier league winner, and parker hmmmm, triffic little player according to arry.
That's the thing that pisses me off Barry doesn't get enough credit when he plays for England or us for that matter, its no coincedence Parker couldnt hack it at Chelsea but you would think He was fucking Zidane the way the media go on
after we beat spurs 5.1, parker i think was injured but some of the media were waffling that spurs were unlucky cause parker was'nt playing and the outcome could have been different, fcuk me maybe if he was like zidane but imo he is overhyped not his fault but the media's,although in his defence i will say he does at least give his all and compared to henderson is zidane...

Parker wasn't a Tottenham player when we beat them 5-1.

As for Milner, now there's a player who never stopped running all evening. He covered Johnson on that right side, got forward to hit a couple of very dangerous balls into the French penalty area and he came close to scoring. But no doubt Oxaide Chamberlain (or whatever he's called) is taking the plaudits even though he was pretty much invisible

Because he's the next great hope for the cockneys. England has got to have its star cockney twats or it isn't an England team.

The bit when the commentator was wanking saying "oh what a superb block by Parker" me and my dad just looked at each other and both said "superb block???"

Massively over-rated puts in a good shift, would say he's on Milner's level as far as ability goes if I'm being honest!

Cracks me up so much. Its annoying that he is such a nice guy and has nice hair because if not I would litterally have him on my dartboard. Its not his fault its the medias.

The Gelson Fernandes of the England team

One thing was confirmed for me last night. Parker is awful.

Runs around like a headless chicken adding nothing to the game. Yet the media seem to love him and crucify Barry who is so far ahead of Parker it is ridiculous.

Did nothing apart from run in front of Hart when Nasri shot which helped......

Apart from that we looked ok.

the problem is that 'arry has been telling an already wankfest inclined media that scotty is triffic so the myth that is scott parker is even more firmly entrenched than it was last year when he inexplicably won the player of the year award.

Since dbeck retired we've needed a pwoppa English player in the team. He looks like a spitfire pilot, runs around a bit and puts in a tackle or 2. What's not to love
