I can't imagine him being that much more expensive than Scott.

Moses played well against Chelsea at weekend. With Hazard, Sturridge and Moses they will be a very pacy side.

If he is available at tops 10-13mil, I'd say he would be a great signing. He's impressed the heck out of me these past two seasons.
He's very fast, great dribbler and admirable work ethic.
