A stonewall penalty that occurs outside the box isn’t really stonewall
Surely you're aware that although the initial contact was outside the box,the holding continued into the box in one motion, therefore it's a pen.
Demichelis found this out to our cost against Barca a few years ago.
The laugh here is Beaton awarded a corner ffs, completely ignoring the incident.

Holding by both players though and the Aberdeen player initiated the holding by grabbing first. It was a Rangers free kick if the laws were applied correctly.

Rangers don’t get penalties awarded against them. It’s the first rule in the SFA Ref handbook. You don’t need to state your allegiance either, unlike England, just give them your lodge number. You’ll be getting CL games in no time.

Thought the Aberdeen penalty claim was outside the box.Cannot understand why the foul was not given.

Me neither, it would certainly buck the trend if it was awarded. As it should have been, Beaton, Aye Ready.

They will need to invent a new level in the Ludge for the ****. He’s that important, delivers more than Kent, don’t get me wrong, the Bass Rock postman delivers more than that imposter. The best thing you could say about Kent this season would be, well, unlike Morelos, at least Kent didn’t get on the pies.

Legend. Comparatively

Well, the wheels really did fall off the Queen’s Park wagon as the season closed, with their defence incapable of keeping a clean sheet. Partick Thistle will now face Ayr United, who haven’t been in the top flight sine the 1970s, for the right to slug it out with whoever finishes second bottom. Could it be an all Ayrshire contest?
