No, we need a change in the constitutional structure of the UK. Scottish MPs voting on English affairs is intolerable. The constitution is fundamentally unbalanced and needs changing quite substantially. The Westminster Parliament is caricatured as being English, when the English are the ones with the democratic deficit while every other other constituent country has an assembly.
That rebalancing is essential for Scotland as much as anywhere else. It's created the politics of resentment all round. And it's not healthy.
