I'm sorry, I thought this was a City forum, where we are supposed to get behind the team?? My mistake obviously

Yes, The players all look at Bluemoon at half time, so it's imprtant to get behind them on this thread.

I had my suspicions.....

Also, well done to KK 'bigging' up Scunthorpe, nice to know he can be impartial on these matters.

on the ball Robinho has been fantastic, it's his finishing that is lacking. If he stays, it'd be great if he just got an easy tap-in because I feel if that happened then goals would start pouring in from him

I've felt the same for a few weeks, just need that first goal.

absolutely he has doone great

Good so far, seems to have intelligence and can read a game.

Nice to see a Norwegian(-somali) youngster for me, being a Norwegian myself... Seems to be playing well I think!

Never forget SWP when he was coming through the ranks. For months we was saying 'if he just gets a goal he will start banging them in' and we all know what happened.

It will be the same with Robbie.

Sorry, didn't realise that these comments are being read out on the stadium tannoy as the game is being played....

People just giving their opinions FFS. That's what a forum is for, no ?

Robinho has been horrific so far.

Horrific? Get a grip FFS.... This anti Robinho agenda is becoming tiresome. The commentators are just as bad...

Robinho is playing like it's his last game - he's too keen to do something special and is snatching at everthing.

If he relaxes - and plays for the team a bit more - it will come. I reckon he's going to score.

Hopefully this will convince Mancini Ieland must start on WEdnesday.

Good god i hate playing these matches where its like a cup final to these shitey wee teams. To be fair to Scunny, they took advantage of our lack of pace at the back and the high defensive line. They look dangerous on the break and from set pieces. Benjani really frustrates me, because i just don't know his purpose. Is he a target man? Or does like running on to the ball? He hasn't done either today. Robinho has at least worked slightly harder but he looks so low on confidence, he needs a goal. Midfield has been non- existent at times but Ibrahim looks like a real talent. What shit fans, is "what a waste of money" the best they can do? Their almost worse than the rags. Glad we got the second goal and lets hope we can do them in the second half.

Wasn't too long ago we were a division below these shite teams......don't forget where we've been!!!!!

Half the people in this thread are just as bad as these fucking setanta commentators. Robinho isn't having a great game, we know he's low on confidence and form, but he's just getting slagged off for the most bizarre shit in my eyes. He was fighting for a ball when Scunny had possession, and the rag commentator says "Robinho loses the ball." Its a classic example of everyone being on the Robinho hate train and picking him apart, even when he's getting stuck in. I think he'd come quality again for us eventually, and maybe it would have helped if the fickle mob wasn't so abusive. Anyway, looks like he's off, and I for one will be sad to see him go.

I really hope he starts the 2nd leg. We need his creativity

Are you two watching the same game, Ireland looks like he isn't even trying, and he's been like that all season when he's been fit. I could be very wrong, but I've heard the odd whisper that his head's been turned ever since the Arse and the shite-hawks apparently made enquiries last summer.

Ireland laid on a cracking ball for Ned to score.

OK, he may not be back on Superman level yet, but we need his creativity as the previous poster said.
