Not sure the first part has to be said Kaz tbh 1 because he wasn't 2 as for the accent, it doesn't stop American actors in any film out there, just because he is Scottish it stands out.

It hasn't bothered me in the slightest.

I think he is like hugh grant , they play the same character if you see what i mean , good bond though , i just couldnt watch him all the time
