Season 2023/24 Hopes

We will be in a couple more competitions next season. Let's win them as well; the Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup. We can legitimately challenge for a sextuple with these. Nevertheless, let's beat Inter first ;).
 
Hoping that the overrated Haaland pulls his finger out for 23/24 and hits the ground running, after a disappointing first season where he failed, abjectly, to break Dixie Dean's record, with a paltry 50 odd goals.
 
1. Retain the League - 4 in a row and eclipse every other club in English football history
2. Win champions league (hopefully again). The only English club to do it in CL era
3. Club World cup. Not big in Europe but huge elsewhere and will help increase global profile contributing to at least a cross continental treble to go with the domestic , hopefully continental and the 4 in a row.
4. Any other cup after that - including all the reserve and youth trophies - hoover them up.

Would settle for the top 3 mind but don't think Pep would.

Hopes are the same as ever. Top 4 and anything more is a bonus. But we should be able to win at least 1 trophy
 
Gundogan to renew for two years. Top replacement if he goes.
The Croation Lad for Laport
Replacement for Silva if he goes - difficult to achieve.
New right winger, defensive mid and left back.
I don't think Philips will hack it.

Charity shield, super cup, world club champions. That will do me. Fuck about season for me. Play Ederson up front in a few home games.
 
We are in the unique position of holding the three trophies that are the most difficult to win and having an opportunity to win the next four ‘easier’ competitions; Super Cup, World Club, Charity Shield and Carabao.

I know this is being greedy, but win those and we would hold ALL the trophies available to us AT ONE TIME.

I wonder if Pep or the lads will think about this opportunity.
 
I would love to win the PL next year and yes we all want to win more but realistically there is nothing going to better than this - maybe beating Dippers or Rags in a CL final
 
Pep normally uses the Charity Shield as part of pre-season so wouldn't expect a lot of our big hitters to start this game.
 
Stay at this level and bring there in every competition every season as pep would say
 
If we lose Bernardo and Gundo winning anything next season will be a very tough ask

Rodri was exceptional this season and we can't expect him to play sixty matches again. We've almost flogged him to death

Same with KDB. He ain't getting any younger and he needs proper recovery time
