Season Card Reservations/Relocations Direct Debit update 11/6

Got through at 9 a.m., was told there were better seats than we'd already relocated to, then a problem - and no they weren't available. I suspect someone on another phone or at the ground got them...

Anyone quitting 201 or 202 for pastures new tomorrow? 4 together please...

Just a little question, out of curiosity, for "waiters". Where wouldn't you take a seat? I'm ruling out Premium — I just can't run to that price — and I really don't fancy pitchside, to be honest.
Don't need a seat too busy fetching drinks and pies for people.

Is there any way of seeing what seats are available if you are still at the 'waiting' stage?

I can get mine on Saturday after 1pm (857 in the queue) but it would be nice to know exactly what is roughly still available.

It wouldn't make any sense for them to do that. Everyone waiting arrives by increments, or whatever you want to call it. You have a day when the window opens, I have another, etc. If they showed you now what's available, it would just be frustrating — because when your window opens, all of that will obviously not be available. You may have set your heart on a seat/block that's gone. Indeed, when they get through to the last cohorts, none of it may be available (although I sincerely hope not, for their sake).
My approach has been to look very carefully at the booklet, and block in the stands and blocks where I know I'd be happy to sit, although obviously with a clear hierarchy of preferences where I try to make the price I'm prepared to go to coincide ideally with the view as I know it from that general area of the ground. I honestly think that's all you can do at this point.

I'm on auto-renewal and though I haven't received an e-mail yet I've just logged in to the ticket site and the info box next to "My Account" now has "All S/cards 15/16" at the bottom of the list. It also has "Gold 15/16" there despite the fact I was told in the e-mail that it would be renewed at the same level as last season, which was platinum!

Similar story here - myself and my two sons are on auto-renewal. Mine and eldest sons say "Gold 15/16" but youngest sons has "Platinum 15/16" even though hes never been Platinum and none of us ever will be as its a con trick and a money lift.

No doubt itll be another phone call to the club unless a conformation email ever arrives.

Sorry if this question's been raised somewhere on this thread, but I haven't read through the whole thing (read last ten pages or so, didn't find anything).
Can anyone enlighten me? I'm on the waiting list, in the 1400s or so. Just got the letter warning me that my window opens on 26th, but there seem to be two contradictory pieces of information. At the top right hand corner, it says window opens 26th, as of 1 p.m. Right, that looks clear. Then a couple of paragraphs further down, it says, you'll get an e-mail the day before warning you that you can buy as of the next day from 9 a.m.
I'm confused, and I'd like to get this clear — I imagine it might make a difference in terms of availability of seats around the stadium. Anybody else got this problem? Or maybe I'm just thicker than I think I am…

No you are correct. I queried this this morning only to be told to ignore the time printed in the body of the letter as they all say 9am, and to go by the underlined time and date at the top of the letter.

Right you are. Cheers, mate.
