Oh great, just logged in again and now those highlighted bits have been replaced by a cryptic "gm_1"!

I just love our TO - really how difficult is it to take a chunk of existing data and feed it into a well-established piece of transaction software??

Tomorrow my relocation window opens again. Does anyone know if the online system is available or again or is it just queue up at the ground or on the phone?

If they can't auto-renew existing S/card holders by tonight how can they relocate anyone tomorrow?

I believe it's intended to be online, phone or in person as I think it's only a one-day window before the waiting list get their chance.

Site says phone (+44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, Option 3) or go down to the ground from 9am

Mine doesn't even show that. It's not in my order history, not showing anywhere, no email confirmation. I have spoken to them and they confirmed it would be auto renewed but frankly I don't trust them as they clearly can't organise anything. We may be top 4 as a club but we are bottom 3 when it comes to tickets.

Another hour waiting on the phone awaits.
