Every cloud has a Silva lining. I've just clocked 65 so qualify for the concession. What chance they'll allow the incontinence club in to the premium Seats at half price?

Don't know were you sit at the moment, but in the relocation window take a look at level2 CB 231/230/228 ES 204/202/201/242. Prices for over 65 are £400 to £440, made the move myself some years ago.

228 looks good, I'll try for that. I've been over in 305 for ages now but the spiral is a test.
I suppose the price will shoot up next year or the year after when the North Stand extension goes up.

This is a view from the very back of the South stand tier 3, you can see that the pitch is now offset to the right since there's no extra rows at the front of the CB stand.

This is from the front of tier 2 North stand, you can see where the 3 rows at the front stop at the junction with CB.
