Is anyone having problems accepting somebody else on your behalf to relocate you on the Seasoncard Account Management page?

Asks me to confirm, I then click yes and a message pops up saying "We apologise for the inconvenience but we could not process that request"

Mine worked last night, but it could be being inundated now as the window opens today for some (I think).

I tried it last night too, but still wouldn't work.

Do you know if it may have something to do with the fact that 3 of us are all trying to nominate the same person to relocate us so that he can move all of us?

It could be.I thought only one nominated person was required and then the Club would notify the other three to confirm that his/her name was OK as the lead nominee for that group.

Well I`m NOT taking any chances as my letter states "you can reserve your existing seat or re-locate ....".
Now whether my letter is different than most as I am Disabled,is another matter,but I aint taking any chances and will be asking for a reservation on my usual seat on those dates stated.

Well I`m NOT taking any chances as my letter states "you can reserve your existing seat or re-locate ....".
Now whether my letter is different than most as I am Disabled,is another matter,but I aint taking any chances and will be asking for a reservation on my usual seat on those dates stated.

How could you link an account to your supporters number? I've had to make a new account for the 2 season tickets I want to take control of but I neither of them are showing up the correct number

Me and my dad are on the waiting list and it although my dad has a supporters number from when I paid the deposits 17 months ago, it won't let us log in with that supporters number and we have had to set up a new one. Will it be the ticket office that could help us sort this out or will we both me linked through my supporters number already?

I asked @MCFCHELP and they told me they both need an account to do this but I tried explaining that I have made an account but It isn't showing the correct loyalty number? Not sure what to do so I think I might ring the club later and see If they'll help me over the phone

Thanks mate - I will wait to hear from the club about our tickets before I call them to sort it out.

It could be.I thought only one nominated person was required and then the Club would notify the other three to confirm that his/her name was OK as the lead nominee for that group.

Firstly, make sure you use Internet Explorer. I normally use Chrome but it doesn't always play ball.

Secondly, EACH supporter except the "lead" supporter (i.e. the nominee) needs to nominate one person, but obviously choose the same one to be the "lead". That nominated person has to already be in their Friends and Family list for each supporter but this will be obvious because if they're not they won't show as an option.

WARNING: If you want to change the nominated person later, you cannot do this online and have to ring up to change it.

This is what my son now sees on his online account after logging in as him and granting me (the "lead" supporter), if it helps anyone ...

If you wish to relocate your Seasoncard seat as part of a friend or family group you must nominate one person (a current Seasoncard holder) from your Friends and Family List below.

Pick the person you would be happy to have permission to reserve your current seat or choose a new seat location on your behalf.

If you are the person who will manage the Seasoncard Account Management list, you don’t need to do anything; your friends will give permission to you from their own account.

You can only give permission to one person so make sure you have all agreed in advance who will manage the list. In doing so, you still retain the control to reserve or relocate your own Seasoncard seat yourself but your name will appear in your nominated supporters Seasoncard Account Management List when they log into the Reservations and Relocation Site.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR CHOICE BEFORE CONFIRMING. Once confirmed, if you would like to remove permission from the nominated supporter, you must call Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, 3).

You have confirmed that Mr Willy Eckerslike can have access to buy/reserve on your behalf.

I havn't received the letter off the club yet, but I went on the site this morning & reserved my existing seat in East Stand level 1 anyway.

If you want to stay in your existing seat, you do not have to take part in this reservation process. If we do not hear from you, we will presume you would like to keep your current seat and will contact you in May to choose your extras and arrange payment.
