Still not got my letter and I would like to relocate, will it be the 18th for me?

You will receive a letter from the Club detailing your allocated date to reserve or relocate your seat. You will also receive a reminder notification via email prior to your reservation window opening.

I think people in the seats in the premium spots get to relocate on the 14th, I haven't had my letter but phoned the city office. Anyone else wanting to move can do so on the 18th.

On the 14th you log onto the relocation site and it will show you all the empty seats available - you can then select your own unless you are the appointed person nominated by other people and you can also select theirs

I got the "take action" email today, I tried to "take action" all night so I could manage my son's seasoncard, but typical City it wouldn't
work- I will be on the phone to the ticket office tomorrow !!!!!

If I want to stay where I am do I just do nothing , or must I " Take Action " as the email states

Mum was confused as fuck when she opened the stuff that came in the post - and when i went round to explain it to her and read it i was a bit confused myself...!

We do not want to relocate, we want to stay in our seats.
One line seems to say you need to reserve your seat, then a paragraph later it says you don't, but then later it says you do! She's worried that if we "do nothing" then the club will stick someone in our seats as we "haven't reserved them"!

And tbh, i'm not that sure myself now...! ???

If you do not wish to re-locate you still need to RESERVE your current seat and the letter will give you the dates and times.It also gives you three options as to how to RESERVE your seat :
Online
Telephone
In person.

If you click on your name in your sons account it turns green then you can press confirm.If you press confirm without doing this it will not work, even though yours may be the only name there.

In CBL2 and need to relocate however praying it's not the 14th as I'm tied up in a meeting all day... I'll need to rely on my dad to sort which means we'll probably end up with seats at the fucking swamp!

How could you link an account to your supporters number? I've had to make a new account for the 2 season tickets I want to take control of but I neither of them are showing up the correct number

Me and my dad are on the waiting list and it although my dad has a supporters number from when I paid the deposits 17 months ago, it won't let us log in with that supporters number and we have had to set up a new one. Will it be the ticket office that could help us sort this out or will we both me linked through my supporters number already?
