Season ticket payments - refunds/credits due by June 19th

Cos I want my money back and when told it would be 19 June at latest then thought it would be 19 June at the latest
But I thought that people had received a second e-mail confirming that they would be "processed" by the 19th ? To be fair I`ve not had any such e-mail but so have others and have received a refund into their accounts.

No not had a second email. Got the original one on 13 May that states “We anticipate that all supporters will have received their refund payment by no later than Friday 19th June and thank you for your patience during this time“

Weird isn’t it. Tbh I don’t remember that email, though I did receive it as I checked! I’m thinking before July, it’s city and I’ve come to expect disappointment!
 
I'm a season card holder who pays by the direct debit scheme. On the 13th May the club sent an email which stated: “We anticipate that all supporters will have received their refund payment by no later than Friday 19th June and thank you for your patience during this time.”

I read this as - I will have received the money In my account by this date. When I got the email, last week saying it had been paid but could take up to 15 days to arrive in my account I thought they were just covering themselves but it's still not arrived. I'm one of the lucky ones that can wait for the money but I appreciate there are people not so fortunate. So I can understand why some people are a tad pissed off.

None of this will stop us renewing our season cards (we have 2) when the time comes.
Same with me "no later than Friday 19th June" then on the 16th June the second email saying "it may take up to 15-working days from receipt of this email for funds to show in your account". I like you can wait for the money but yet again it shows up the incompetence of some at our Club.

No sign of the money as of today so they did not anticipate all that well did they?
 
I suspect that the Ticket Office is currently undermanned and the remaining staff are struggling to make so many one-off manual refunds, in such a short space of time.
However, they'd receive a far more sympathetic response if they had been honest in the first place, and not communicated in such a contradictory and ambiguous manner, especially as City are now playing the games for which we bought tickets, but are prevented from attending.
