Got an email saying contact us if you want to take credit towards next years cost. Or do nothing and get an automated refund. Today I get an email... to get a refund you have to cal us. 45 mins later being passed from dept to dept. Joke and a con. Good job I’ve decided to join the legions... and after 32 years won’t be renewing.
