Season ticket payments - refunds/credits due by June 19th

I thought I made it clear that late payments were not good enough. Club said 19th, some supporters were relying on it being paid back then. I've been refunded this morning.

My bad then, I never read it that way. FWIW, I have had no email recently, let alone refund.

I've had one email from the club weeks ago about a refund. They haven't been answering calls for weeks so I(like many) have been left wondering what was happening.

Same. As usual with City, they eventually end up doing things right but it seems a hard slog to get there, which isn't helped when their communication is piss poor.

How have they worked out refunds for DD payers? I don’t have a Seasoncard at the moment.
