I've only seen people being refunded if they've asked, and even then they are kicked off the cup scheme and points lost. This is City's normal practice if you asked for a CL refund for a match you couldn't attend, so I fail to see how this is doing anyone a favour.

I bought 8 tickets that I was refunded for (besides my own). That was OK by me. I’ve said the Club have been fair by fans, not that they were doing us big favours.

I'm not disputing that the club have occasionally been generous, and I was one of those who benefited from the games that you mentioned.
However, we're now confronted by an unprecedented situation that might not be resolved for a couple of years, and in the short term, none of the potential solutions currently being touted involve City fans inside the stadiium.
What I suspect is that City, (along with all the other Premier League clubs) have already spent our money, and are secretly in no rush to refund us.

However, it would be better for everyone if City comminicated their thoughts and reasonings.

I think the refunds will start once we have confirmation that the season is over as a live spectator watching event. I am guessing that will happen by early June.

The 7 day refund us club policy - if a fixture changes they have to offer refunds also.

Refunds have not been processed for RM unless you ask, and then get kicked out of the cup scheme. For BMG at rearranged at 20 hours notice the club were against refunds, said it was 7 days notice needed, and then allowed them in the end for a very small window.

For SD it wasn't everyone who went and it was for hospitality they could not sell, and most would already have a ticket for the game.

It’s a good job we aren’t Spurs then who have increases season ticket prices and refused to refund City fans, for the game mentioned.

I wouldn’t worry about a few ticket points from the Madrid game / Champs League scheme since loads on here say they are are calling it a day and away tickets should be plentiful again.

Spurs set prices in Feb and put the up like City always do. Which game did Spurs refuse to refund City fans for? Even the October 2018 one we got over a month's notice, and City keep the money until very shortly before the game.

speak to your bank, you’re covered by the Direct Debit guarantee which means you can claim the money back. They have to do it free of charge and in almost all cases it will be done on the same day

Iv decided to ride it out. I’m hoping the club refund it all. Nice bonus when it comes as it’s 4 season tickets & I think 2/3 months of payments so a few hundred £££ which will be greatly needed

Exactly the opinion 4 X season tks and 4 Madrid tkts they owe me! Luckily I'm still working full time so I can use it as a saving scheme or towards when it all starts back up !!!
