really? I have a Cityzens login (just my supporter number I've always used) but I haven't ever paid, is it this one, Cityzens matchday?

your points go against your customer number ......you'd keep them no matter what.

Even without that you keep your points.

Yes all Cityzens matchday members are offered a season ticket if any are available after renewals.

Just having a supporter number doesn't qualify. However any points accrued stay against that supporter number regardless of whether you have a season card or a cityzens matchday

thanks mate. Just bought Cityzen membership now. would be nice if that £35 came off the price of a seasonticket, we can dream! haha

And £5.00 off ticket prices. But then if he gets a s/c then he gets all these benefits with his S/C, so the £35 wouldn't get him anything except the chance to get a S/C .

Yeah......thats why it's best to buy one the season before to get full use not simply to get yourself on a season card waiting list I suppose.

to be honest i'm moaning about it but i'd be buzzing if they said I can have one next season rather than wait till the season after, it wouldnt be a waste of £35 as its got me on the list. I would however have two lots of whatever is included in the tin!

Just managed to sort out a Value seasoncard.

In past seasons you were asked to renew your seasoncard in the seat you had, then when the Value cards were released you could go online and change this to a Value card.

This season they have changed it. Can't do it online, and if you have renewed already you can't get a value card! Anyway, eventually managed to sort it and got one.
