Season Tickets - 2023/24

Just a question out of interest. Do the silver ticket holders get the right to buy tickets for the other Big 6 matches? Or do they go in with the rest of the members?
Also - can they join the cup schemes? Thanks in advance

Value Gold is now £330 from £300 but I have seen that first time purchasers are still paying £299. Wonder why there's such a difference. Any ideas?

Another quick one: could i add cup schemes on at a later date?

Unless there’s been some sort of computer glitch, no one can have bought a season ticket for next season, unless they’ve got one this year. Value or otherwise.

Cup scheme deadlines are, 31st Aug for League Cup and Euro. 30th November for FA.

But you can buy a value gold for the first time today if you are an existing season ticket holder.

You get your own window & you can join the cup schemes, mine cost less than the equivalent season ticket in the end as I moved around the ground for the big 6

Yes, I believe so. At match day ticket prices I assume.

I would imagine they could go on the cup scheme but not totally sure.

A good friend of mine left his season ticket to auto renew last year, and it didn't.
He spotted it 2 weeks before the season started and thankfully managed to sort it, having to move to other seats for the games where his seat had already been sold.
I take no chances and always renew manually!
When all the matchday tickets went on sale at the beginning of this season I noticed a seat in my block was free for most the games. I got one for the Tottenham game for my 8yr old.
A couple of weeks later I got a message saying it is unavailable and he has to move to a different block. Blaming a system error but I knew straight away this will have been someone's ST that hadn't renewed properly and they were now having to give them the seat back.

"We wish to make you aware that your allocated seat(s) for this below match has changed. This is because a system error meant you were initially allocated a seat assigned to a Season Ticket Member"

Ended up having to ask for a refund - were they expecting me to leave an 8yr old in a different block on his own?

Yes, when al said and done there aren’t enough new S/C, seats in groups, nor enough Matchday seats either. When the extension is done there needs to be a lot of thought into ring fencing seats and stopping what happened over the years sine the last extension with uncontrolled relocations meaning there are hundreds of single seats scattered about the stadium.
If new families want to sit together either with S/C or matchday there needs to be rows of seats available, putting all these single scattered empties together. Of course that would mean shuffling people about and upsetting some, but they need to bite the bullet and do it.
They have that system at the real old Trafford, it prevents you from leaving single seats when purchasing, the only downside is it would probably spell the end of value golds or vastly reduce the number available

I thought the guy meant people who weren’t current ST holders were buying for £299.

Maybe he meant first time Value if you had an ordinary?

I’d have thought it odd if it was a different price though, but who knows?

all the vg are 330 and you can register for cup scheme after you have been allocated a seat which is after everyone is sorted with relocations etc. vg basically fills in the single seats
