Season Tickets - 2023/24

They're an absolute joke. It's almost as though the rush has come as a surprise to them.

Do renewals earlier in the season ffs. With the team we have there's every chance we will be in the latter stages of most, if not all, competitions.

Throw in the farcical Madrid tickets release, the Brentford sales and re-release of tickets and the very first all Manchester cup final on top of season ticket renewals. What could possibly go wrong?! Oh, let's implement a new payment method at the same time.

Really don't know where they get all these idiots from that make all these decisions.

It took me 3hrs yesterday to get through and then spent another 1hr on hold after that as well. Eventually they got it sorted straight away when I was able to speak to the right person, but 4hrs on the phone is crazy!

You do wonder what they talk about it planning meetings. I’m just glad I managed to sort my issues out but I was close to giving up
 
My favourite experience with the ticket office was maybe 10 years ago and the guy is repeatedly asking me my supporter number and saying they’ve no record of that number existing.

After about 30 minutes he eventually asks me what club my season ticket is with and I say, well Manchester City obviously.

Aww, that’s the problem, he says. This is West Ham’s ticket line.

Turns out you initially get through to a switchboard and they put you through to an outsourced company who deal with multiple clubs and I’d been put through to the wrong extension number.
 
Now come on, we all know Danny Wilson is a "great guy". If you have a wheelchair bound, ex serviceman, WWII hero uncle, who's father once played for Ardwick Association FC and wants to attend his first ever game.

Every season ticket holder got a chance to buy for Madrid though before it went to members.

Not there own seat,it got sold before it went from Cup scheme to season ticket holder
 
I have a season ticket and have used the ticket exchange last season and this season and haven't got reimbursed for any of the matches. I have sent email, tweets and spoken at ticket office and still cant get resolved. Apart from contacting the Sheik or Pep who or what is best to contact to sort out this fiasco?
