Season Tickets - 2023/24

I have a season ticket and have used the ticket exchange last season and this season and haven't got reimbursed for any of the matches. I have sent email, tweets and spoken at ticket office and still cant get resolved. Apart from contacting the Sheik or Pep who or what is best to contact to sort out this fiasco?
This is probably not much help... and I'm sure you have checked all the details they have for you, and you have tried everything, but always worth double checking the bank account details for them to reimburse you or a card to reimburse you on are still valid, correct and up to date.

This season they have been pretty good at reimbursing from the Ticket Exchange within two weeks of the game the ticket has been sold from.
  • Have they sent you conformation emails each time the ticket has been sold?
  • I get a few emails
  • One saying the ticket is listed
  • Another to say the payment is coming and listing the details and asking to check
  • And sometimes another saying A Fan way glad to buy the seat.
What information have they given you to go on?

The problem might be that I paid for my ticket with an Irish bank account and apparently I get vouchers on my account but they haven't appeared there. Although this season I paid with my revolut card. I'll be over tomorrow so if you see someone climbing in the ticket office window that's me

Check their respective emails.

You get the renewal notice sent separately to each account holder.

Even though my lad is on my dashboard, he still has his own email account with the club.

I didn't get the renewal notice today, it went straight to him, even though I pay for it and he's only 15.
Ive had a renewal notice to my email and my lads had his renewal notice to his email (I pay for both on direct debit so been told we dont have to do anything) but when I checked the account today I could see points awarded to mine and also 2 other friends and family but not my lads.

My lad received an email yesterday saying they were processing this week so will just keep my eye on the account to make sure they do what they say!

EDIT : Just gone in the account and my lads has now renewed, happy days.

They don’t refund non UK bank accounts they stopped this a few years ago. What you need to do is set up a Revolut account and use that. You can a euro and sterling account on that and when you use the ticket exchange give your Revolut sterling account number
 
Mine has disappeared for tonight and getting an error message when trying to download it again. On the phone again..
 
Seen that the renewal window has closed does anyone know what the next action is.

Desperately waiting in the wings for 2 for my son and myself.

Quick question… if I got 1 season ticket, how would I go about taking my 8 year old with me as he would never be able to be next to me?

Relocations is on 22nd May now so have to wait for an announcement but it won't be until after then.

I've just logged on now and it seems if you select next year's Seasoncard, then you can relocate it! I didn't actually do it of course, so I can not be sure it's fully operational.
