This is probably not much help... and I'm sure you have checked all the details they have for you, and you have tried everything, but always worth double checking the bank account details for them to reimburse you or a card to reimburse you on are still valid, correct and up to date.I have a season ticket and have used the ticket exchange last season and this season and haven't got reimbursed for any of the matches. I have sent email, tweets and spoken at ticket office and still cant get resolved. Apart from contacting the Sheik or Pep who or what is best to contact to sort out this fiasco?
This season they have been pretty good at reimbursing from the Ticket Exchange within two weeks of the game the ticket has been sold from.
- Have they sent you conformation emails each time the ticket has been sold?
- I get a few emails
- One saying the ticket is listed
- Another to say the payment is coming and listing the details and asking to check
- And sometimes another saying A Fan way glad to buy the seat.
