Irrelevant to the cost of the season ticketYou're watching the greatest team ever.

Think you're missing the point entirelyFor the entertainment it gives me and the quality of experience we are enjoying o think it’s great value. I honestly do. People getting 19 games for £500 in some instances and moaning? Under £30 quid a game???
your fishing attempts seem to be being ignored, but crack on as the lone voice in favour makes for at least a debate to be had ;-)Unbelievable, people whinging about £50 but say fook all about the tories ripping the arse out of them with energy prices, sad gits.
So what? You're watching the greatest team ever.
I've just had the email, how fucking tone deaf are these people in charge?
In the week we are having to find money for Madrid and dealing with a woeful roll out, an FA Cup Final, I find out my seat has gone up £55!!!
£675 to £730.
Must be that cost of living crisis to heat my plastic seat.
Disgusted.
What are fans prepared to do about this?
There are a few things supporters groups can put out, but without the masses getting involved they won’t work.
I’d be reluctant to do anything that affects the atmosphere at our remaining games this year (walk outs and disrupting games off the cards).
We (1894) have tried to pressure city on ticket price rises for years and nothing has worked.
That leaves options like:
- Post match sit-ins
- cup scheme boycotts
- platinum membership boycotts
- protests at CFA
These things could work. But they would require people to actually do something and get involved (rather than sit back and hope 1894 do it for them). They require solidarity and sacrifice from the majority. Would people get involved? Because if not, there’s nothing we can do.
Genuinely open to any feedback or suggestions.
