Season Tickets - 2023/24

@CPPSC Same here. I want to downgrade from Platinum to Gold. It simply will not process the request. It is an awful site, it does not function properly and I am really pissed off. I've tried phoning but I have a life and usually have to hang up after 45 minutes.
Hi BM just to say the site worked this morning-good luck

I am surprised that Value Gold is still available even on last day of renewals, almost two weeks from when the renewal window opened?? This used to sell out within hours on day one. Any ideas what's going on here?

Anyone know the qualifying criteria this year for new season tickets? cheers.
I'd be surprised if there is any. Last year there was no minimum game attendance required, no points taken into consideration, it may have been that your membership had to have been taken out before a certain date but I'm not even too sure of that, even if you joined the queue first thing it was irrelevant...it was essentially total pot luck. Log on or ring up, get allocated a random place in the queue, thousands of fans going after a few hundred tickets. I am not optimistic for this year, but if Value Golds are still knocking around as MAG says, there may be some hope that last year was exceptional. I wouldn't bet on it though.

My brother wants to renew his value gold ticket but can’t find an option for it? Anyone know how to do this?

@CPPSC cheers I've just come on to slag off the useless fuckwits. Whilst on the phone to the cretins and having waited 45 mins, I thought I'd try online again. This time though I will simply pay all of it in one go. Bingo, it did it and my bank have shown the money being taken out. Great except .......... City have sent me an email confirming I have renewed and on the first of each month they will take out my monthly installments.
What a useless organisation that is clearly not fit for purpose.

It would be mental of they didn't apply some form of criteria (preferably loyalty points). If there aren't many available then they really need to sort out the prices for Cityzen membership. £67 a game isn't sustainable for me.

Agreed, but they won't. Only going one way unfortunately. Can't see them increasing season ticket prices and not increasing the matchday prices.

The no criteria rule is appealing to the JCL's as they believe they have a chance of a season ticket. If they knew there were a few thousand in front of them in the pecking order it would hinder membership sales. As unfair and unjust as that is I think that's the reality.

The membership now is almost just a permission to buy a ticket that would have previously been on general sale. It's not fit for purpose.
