My phone has NFC and it would work at the bus/shops but not at the turnstile, however I went to turnstile P this afternoon and the NFC worked. The turnstile has a bar code reader as well.

I didn't notice that. I meant to take a photo of it but a couple of staff came over when they saw me approach the turnstile and it put me off looking. All I remember was that when I put my phone next to the sensor it all lit up in green.Did they have a camera as well? If so, clear sign that facial recognition will be introduced soon...
Weren’t we supposed to delete our old season tickets before uploading the new ones again, will that not sort it ?Auto updates:-
1) Open Google Wallet and tap the three lines in the top left.
2) Go to Settings and turn on "Updates about your passes."
3) Restart your phone to refresh the ticket.
There is no settings option on my phone when I do this.

One of the download stages gives you the Apple of Google option and you select whatever matches your phone.What type of phone do you have? It’s not a city wallet. Either Apple or Google I think.

It looks like you have to access via the club website rather than the app. The instructions are simplified on the email from the club.
Once downloaded the ticket shows as City V Spurs for the first game rather than as a season ticket as in the past.

On App went into account, select manage ticketing account, then season ticket and then download 25/26 season ticket, that comes up with select apple or android

Definitely a good thing the card is properly printed this year, there were occasions last year that the Fast Track was clearly overloaded - potentially because any Bee Network card was valid? As someone with both visible and invisible disabilities it's a godsend and ensuring it operates properly is really important.Received my Metrolink matchday season ticket today too.
At least this season, it has my football ST number on the back as well as details of validity, rather than having no info as per last season.
Looking forward to another season of queue jumping, and the usual suspects whinging about it!

Which we did no hassle only to find our 3 seats in Block 211 row j are now in Block 111 row 9 obviously no notification from City and no reduction in prices.
We've been in Block 211 for 16 years consistently renewing every season.
So a sleepless night tonight until I can contact City with what were hoping is a admin error.

I dont have 3 dots, I have my initial A, when I click on that I get options with settings at the bottom. One of those is Updates and offers which I've ticked.What do you get when you press the 3 dots?
