Ok that’s me in thenIt isn't in the terms and conditions though as they haven't been published, and tend not to be until after STs are renewed. 2 years ago the terms stated if you listed your ticket 10 times on the Exchange you could lose your season ticket, but there was nothing else on the website to tell you this, just in the middle of a 40 page document. You can't rely on Bluemoon hearsay.

Where/who do you contact regarding this?The Club were pushed about legitimate exemptions to this policy, which they did recognise. That has to include pregnancy, caring responsibilities, disabilities, health conditions, emergencies, shift working, and more. #CityMatters
No chance you have to beg...Fair enough, although Id say there are many more legitimate exceptions that arent stated. And it doesn't really answer the question about why the club would move towards a system where they, and supporters have to spend time and effort going through this process.
For me, if m asked to beg to keep.my season ticket after over 20 years I'm walking away.

Might have already been covered but on my ticket account I can select my mates season ticket and transfer it to my phone. I'm I right in saying if he can't go and I download his season card to my phone and scan in, it will be on the system rhat he has gone to the game ?

If they’re really concerned about making sure seats are used why don’t they offer 8k new season tickets when the new stand is built on the condition all new season ticket holders attend 19/19 games or list them on the exchange.
So many people on here are bleating because they won't make the games. If you can't make the games, don't have a season ticket, or get a flexi gold and pay for the convenience of picking and choosing games.
