Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

For me, I won't be at all concerned if we lose the FFP case and are relegated. I want these clowns out. Yes, there will be people who say, "well, what about the success they have brought?", well frankly, if it was on the back of cheating then it's tainted anyway
I'm not sure the club really needs fans like you, anyway, if that's your attitude.

FC United might be a better fit.

The problem with Catmans post is the assumption we have cheated, we have cheated if doing what the cartel did and do is cheating the difference being they protect themselves with lies and commercial self preservation at the expense of our sport.

What is odd for me is that fans of other clubs and journalists and football organisations attack us from every angle and what's our clubs response to that? Give the cake and tea to journalist cunts who spew hate about us and try their best to shit all over the fans.

It's just fucked up mate.

You really have no idea have you!

Manchester City have been the life and blood of 50% of this City's football followers, for over 130 years. There is, in front of your blind eyes, a systematic destruction and alienation of our native core support, in favour of international tourists. Just how blind to this are you?

100% because there is only one club in Manchester :)

The club cannot sensibly use the excuse of we need to free up tickets by taking seasoncards away. There are literally hundreds of unsold tickets for each home game bar maybe United, Liverpool and Arsenal.

They are also refusing to reallocate any natural wastage seasoncards currently. They have 7000 extra seats to fill from January 2026, yet are talking of only allocating 1,000 of them as seasoncards.

We need 9 ticket agencies to tout the our current level of match day sales..... and we still don't sell out.

In short, he just wants rid of the very fans who have kept this club alive. He views us as having zero income potential and is quite prepared to see countless empty seats as long as they are occasionally filled with tourists, who, will spend hundreds of pounds on their visit. It's as simple as that! There just isn't any more financial juice to be squeezed from the same 50,000 tight arse dried up mancunians. He wants fresh fruit, and us old prunes can basically do one.

For me, I won't be at all concerned if we lose the FFP case and are relegated. I want these clowns out. Yes, there will be people who say, "well, what about the success they have brought?", well frankly, if it was on the back of cheating then it's tainted anyway and they will have not only have made our club hated by other fans, but their current antics are making our own fans hate the club too! That by any standards is incredible.

In short, I want this club back as the club that the people of Manchester can be proud of, and more importantly, afford to support!
Hilarious…you do have form though don’t you pussy man!

Your post has made me realise that what you say is perfectly correct. I have family history of support for our club but the way things are moving then my younger family members will be forced out after having their love for the club instilled in their blood. Well said CatMan.

What am I missing here? If you can't make 10 games, you don't need a season ticket. Get a flexi gold and have first dibs on the games you can make/want to attend.

Leave the season tickets to those who will go to more than 10 games.
People share season tickets for different reasons and never a empty seat, so if you get a flexi gold the season ticket holder will get his games and the other person gets none and pay £150 up front that's a smart move you need to wake up.

According to posters on here, the other person is a different tourist every week. At least the flexi-golder will be a Blue

Take away the atrocious set up fee and fkexi- gold is arguably more of a season card than the “full season card”

I've seen your face so I'm not surprised!

There always be a blue in my sons seat as it's go's to my missus. 1 season he will get 10 and 1 season he will get 9. Why would anyone give a season ticket up for a flexi gold when the season ticket is use for every game and on cup schemes.

The club love the ticket Exchange. It’s scandalously generous in having full refunds for 12 games. It’s long over due that the focus shifts a bit to the fans who turn up weak in, weak out and get behind the lads.

Btw it’s not limited to 3. You can transfer to loads of match day members and season card holders.
Agreed

Yup, and I got my first season ticket 50 of those years ago and I've had a vested interest in developments ever since, so I know perfectly what I can see with my own eyes.

Like everything else in life, football evolves and ALL the clubs have to change with it or get left behind. Some people, it appears, are happy to be left behind as long as City stay the same old basket case they used to be.

Inevitably, despite being a "legacy fan" which, let's be honest, means "old", I'll be left behind which is sad but in the nature of things.

And if it is true that City won't fill the ground, then commercial imperative will bring the prices back down and tickets will be cheap and season tickets readily available.

As for that shit about our success being "tainted", self-flagellate all you want. Each to their own.

Piss poor decision making from the club this, just shows how they don’t listen to us fans. My dad is in his 80s & got some mobility issues. He finds it difficult to get to games all the time due to transport, weather, kick off times or just his health. He always puts his ticket on the ticket exchange when he can’t make it as, in his words, he wants other fans to be able to watch us!! My mum isn’t too well at the moment & getting to go to city is his thing, gets him out & about, lets him forget about the daily shit… he was already thinking about giving up & we’d just about got him to agree to keep it on the basis that he could pick and choose his games & if he couldn’t make it, can throw his ticket back in for someone else… got the feeling this might be the final nail for him and that makes me so sad.
There's no way the club would take your dads season ticket off him due to your reasons highlighted.
Liase with the club.
Best of luck mate.

My son is a shift worker. 4 on 4 off. A mix of 12 hour days and nights. It could fall that he can go every game. It could fall that he can go to less than half. He’s 25 and has had a season ticket for 20 years. I can guarantee that his seat never has, or ever will be, left empty. A family member always takes it if he can’t go. He’d be gutted to lose his season card.
So he's not going to lose it then :)
