Last year existing ST holders got their own window to buy for juniors. Given the protests, lack of silverware and fluctuating tourist interest let's hope the club are feeling generous this year about getting bums on seats. With a refundable joining fee and a double chance for the club of selling the seat, issuing more flexis in good numbers should be a no brainer.

Yes that’s my issue. I’ve relocated this season to be closer to friends and family but concerned I’ll potentially have to move again if I get my son sorted with one. Would have been nice to sort it all out at the same time, but suppose that’s far too much to ask haha.

I’ve phoned, emailed and been to the stadium fan support over the last couple of weeks to try and get some info out of them on this and to be fair I’ve been given the same answer each time. No info yet and to wait for official announcement. At least they’re consistent on it

Probably because they don’t know anything yet. Just relax, you’ll get warning when they go on sale. Think yourself lucky your son can potentially jump the “queue” ahead of those who have been trying to get a season ticket/silver/flexi-gold for a number of years now.

In my defence it wasn’t necessarily being impatient as such, I just didn’t see any logic in the order of how the club have approached it and just wanted some guidance from the club.

I’ve not long had my ST after trying to get one for years so yes my son might be lucky this time around but I can definitely understand everyone else’s frustration on it. I’ve been there.
 
Mine and one of my sons has updated but the seats are showing as ones we had two seasons ago and not where we have been the last couple of years

Had this happened to anybody else ?

Is it worth spending two hours on the phone to the ticket line?

yeah ...same. It will update properly when fixtures are out and probably the day before the 1st home game.
 
No update on my season tickets. Still have this season’s date on them. Anyone else find the same?

As long as it’s up to date in your account, I wouldn’t worry about what it’s showing in your wallet until at least the day before the first home hand.

At some point before last season, they were all showing some non existent game against Feyernoord or some shit.

Sometimes you get a national call centre other times you get the club direct, depends on the time of year, and what ticketing events we’ve got going on, I was in contact with fan support on twitter last season and they where fantastic at giving out info & actually helped me get a flexi for a family member. Worth hopping on & creating an account if you don’t have one. If you meet the criteria I’d say you’ve a good chance, City will already know the numbers and have pitched it where they expect it to land

I wouldn’t worry about the seat just yet, I reckon they’ve ring-fenced seats for this purpose, last year was a bit trial & error, they’d of learnt from that. Understand your frustration though, they sell Pl & cup final tickets alongside renewals and relocation window…..then nothing! Reckon there’ll be a small window 1-2 weeks where they pluck out seats for packaging/bolt ons, groups of seats for match day sales, and singles for Value golds. Every credit getting the lad to 30 games, monumental effort

Been a tough one! Relying on friends for away tickets for him at the last minute or relying on the friend I go to home games not going so I can transfer the seat to my lad. I don't want another season like this one where every game is a struggle to sort so I'm praying we can get hold of one for him.
 
I've gone back into south stand level 3 with the riffraff, I moved into the east stand for last season level 3 & the atmosphere is as flat as a pancake & the people are all self proclaimed super fans. Knocked £700 quid off our direct debits also.

Did he meet the criteria on his own membership? City have created a scenario of you need to have a membership & purchase from them to have the opportunity of a ST, which many people won’t meet, as most would be like you and duck & dive, source tickets from wherever possible
