Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Interested as to know why I didn’t receive an email regarding junior flexi season tickets for today.
My son’s membership is active,
He’s strongly linked to my account
He did 6 games last season…

I now there are others, but who else believes they should have received an email on the basis above?
My son received an email. Been to about 5 games this season but the weird thing is, he is not strongly linked to anyone with a season ticket. He was about a couple of months ago to get a ticket sorted for Madrid game but that’s about it. Surely they can’t be going from that previous relationship.

I don’t understand their ways sometimes!

They possibly took an extract of data 2 or 3 months ago to ascertain potential demand and then used the same data for the communication. Or they may store previous strong links in the database and haven’t written the script correctly.
 
All sorted for my lad. Credit to the fella on the phone, really helpful and sorted exactly what we asked for with the relocations.

Keep the faith mate - bear in mind this is the first window for youngsters exclusively, you are already way ahead. Once you get through they are very helpful. Took me an hour and a half of holding but managed to pick up two next to each other. That will do me very nicely until the new stand opens and I can reassess. I had earmarked some seats but was told they are blocked out for hospitality. I chose not to move personally as I like where I am for now, but they are close enough for me to swing it as technically eldest can sit on his own. GLA
 
Called at 10. Went for option 1 and 2 then was on hold for 25 or so minutes. Friendly lady sorted us out with a relocation. Paid the deposit. Phone call last 32mins.

When one of my lot can’t go I normally give one to a local lad, he’s been going to games aside of that like academy & women's matches, and does cup games, he’s just messaged me saying he got a flexi courtesy of being linked (not strongly) to my account. I’m chuffed to bits for him, he loves the club, but it does raise questions on criteria, I’ve no doubt they’ve got a good un though

Great to hear. Something else to bear in mind - if you have not got an email and you know you qualify, don't panic. My kids exceeded the criteria by multiples and didn't hear a dicky bird on multiple accounts. Rang the club last night and was told it was a data issue. It kept me awake last night thinking we might get snided out but at the end of the day if you ring up and you qualify, you qualify, they have it all in front of them so hold your ground. The main issue once you get through is if you can get seats together where you want and, since the tickets are in pricier areas of the ground, if there will be an increase if you relocate.

After 4 hours and 20 minutes…

I got one for my son! Next to me in south stand level 3.

Was told that family stand level 1 was an option which I still might do as they close the relocation tomorrow…

But for now, I’m so bloody happy!

The tickets will add up to £200 which is £10.50 a game.

I spent £42 on his spurs ticket last season!!
