Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

I have asked in another thread but I’ve bought two tickets on my account seated together. It says it will be loaded on my membership pass as a match day member, does that mean on entry both tickets will be on there, so I swipe one over for the next ticket after I scan the first one etc?

Also this is for Napoli game is there a timeframe I will expect it on my pass?
 
Looks like the club have confirmed that anyone struggling with the NFC for spurs it'll count regardless. I know a couple friends who went to the pub when there ticket didn't scan as they couldn't stand in the queue for half hour

Good news for me,as my phone doesn't have NFC and I was allowed in without having it scanned for the Spurs match.
 
I'm looking to sell my Brentford (home) 5/10 but it's not on the Club app ? Is it because it hasn't sold out ?

I can sell Everton home which I also miss, anyone know why Brentford isn't showing ?
I would sell both on BM but it would have to be the same person with supporter number etc. The club have made it really awkward

You had me double checking my dates then, as I've already booked my train to Brentford that day.

When can I list on Ticket Exchange

Tickets can be listed until 24 hours before each match, but listed seats can still sell up until 3 hours before the match, meaning if your seat does not sell you will still be able to attend.
 
Is there a means to transfer UCL tickets to people? I cant go to Napoli but when I try to transfer, it doesnt give me the option.

Sorry to those I confused. I still have a diary and I write the fixtures in that. Like a dick I wrote 'home'.
The nurse usually helps me but it was her day off and the care home are short staffed.

I actually bought an extra ticket yesterday as I promised it to someone who has made arrangements.
I know someone who will use it instead.
Now, I wonder if this is a precedent going forward.
 
Spoke with a rag today who said their season tickets have to be used at least 17 times in the PL as opposed to our 16 and that you can only sell them on via the club. He couldn't attend the Burnley game and the guy he sits with asked the guy who bought the ticket how much he had paid. £350 was the answer and that is why all clubs don't want SC holders
 
I should know the answers to by questions, but for the first time ever, I'll be unable to go to games for about seven weeks. I'll miss the Napoli and Dortmund Ch L games. Couple of questions. 1. Can I transfer my Napoli and Dortmund tickets to someone on my Friends and Family? 2. Can I list my Napoli and Dortmund tickets on the exchange?

1 - yes but they may require a paid membership (not sure if the same transfer rules apply to cup games as they do for league games)

2 - no as the exchange is only available for league games
 
If I gave someone my season ticket login to go to a game, assume they can just download the ticket to their phone and go in?
I'd have to delete it from my phone as well,bas it can't be in 2 wallets?
I'd also be depending on them deleting from their phone after use?
I'd probably also need to change the login so they don't use it again...
If I did it a few times the club are likely to be monitoring, and probably get accused of touting and be suspended?
But in principle is that a way to allow a non member access a game on my ST.
The other option is if they are a member to just add as F&F, no restrictions?

They can just download it and you can keep yours in your phone. But be aware the ST can only be downloaded twice throughout the season so that would be it, once on your phone and once once your mates phone. For the rest you need to transfer via F&F.

That’s what I’d suggest anyway tbh, don’t dig a hole for yourself

You can download it twice. So on 2 phones. But deleting it doesn’t cancel one of the downloads. So if your friend downloaded it, then deleted it, another friend can’t download it. If that makes sense!
 
I've had a Matchday or Citizens account for years, i've never been an ST holder.

However this year something has happened and i can't seem to buy Napoli tickets - was there some date when the new Matchday membership had to be purchased? i got mine in early August
