Logged on to the ticket site a few mins ago for the 1st time since i renewed my season card in june to find i have,

0 points
0 friends and family list
0 purchase history
0 direct debits set up in my name
my supporter number has changed

just shitting it a bit as the new season approches and as the box office is now closed and wanted to know if any1 else has this happen to them.
i still have the confirmation email from when i renewed so maybe its just a blip on the site,

Few telephone calls to long term blues and no change in their history.
Could be more than just a blip.
Happened to a guy last year we knew and for the life of him could not convince the powers that be that he was on 5800 points.
Lost the fecking lot he did .
All that Salzburg in the blizzards for nowt !

Urgh i feel sick lol, surely by having a season ticket for over 10 years they will have some record of me. Has anybodys 1st payment gone out yet btw?
