Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Print at Home Tickets

We've been told this morning that there have been technical problems but they're hoping to have these resolved for tomorrow, so let's wait and see. It should only take a minute to forward or print a ticket so I'd rather they got it right than rushed in a half-tested system.
Beyond staggering 4 days to go ffs why didn't they allow downloads etc when we renewed or has the yts lad running it not totally prepared
 
I'm not involved in City's IT procurement but SeatGeek is one of the world's top ticketing systems. The FortressGB system also appears to be a well established system. Buying a ready-made system is also generally far less risky than developing a bespoke one.

The problem is when you try to link all the different systems you need to provide a full service. So it's not just about selling tickets but linking in things like CRM and financial systems. There's something like a couple of dozen systems that have to pass and receive data to/from SeatGeek.

Im really sorry if you have been told this before but have you tried clicking on the tiny box that is located to the left of your season ticket details. When I did that the greying out goes. Apologies if you have heard this 100 times. Just trying to help a fellow blue.
Unfortunately blue that doesn’t work for those that choose PAH option
 
You can still go to the Etihad and get tickets at the office. I'm going Friday morning if the emails don't arrive
Not arriving in Manchester on the train until 1.20 Saturday, I think there will be chaos at the ticket office by then

In other words, it's too complicated and too ambitious for the existing IT that City utilise. Speaking from experience, City's ticketing has been as shambles in previous seasons when it came to CL knock out games with the likes of RM, etc. Add in Covid and City's IT is in meltdown.
Interestingly, AFAIK other clubs such as Spurs, similar attendance, managed very well last weekend. As did Stretford Rangers!
It must be so embarrassing for the club hierarchy. Maybe now something will be done to ensure a resemblance of
IT efficiency and customer satisfaction. Mr Khaldoon please do someting.
 
Still can't print my ticket... Why are they making it so difficult to have both mobile and print just in case!

Thanks but I know about that :)

It is apparently an issue that is affecting a fair few people and is also hindering the ticket exchange going live. Some data hasn’t been copied/pulled across onto the Fortress system. Supposedly was a quick fix that has now lasted 5 days

Hope you get sorted mate.
I cant make Norwich so I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for the ticket exchange.
Truly shambolic.
