So in citys email it says

  • An email will then be sent to the Supporter you transferred to, who can then download the Mobile Ticket to their smartphone for the specified match
What if they have no smartphone and want to print off the ticket? This suggests they also need to have a compatable phone otherwise it won't work??

If your friend or family member does not have access to a mobile device to download the transferred mobile ticket, you can request a Print@Home ticket by contacting Supporter Services.

If Print@Home is not an option for the game that you are unable to attend, you can request for a paper ticket to be collected by the attendee on the day of the game from the North Stand box office with photo ID.
 
no. Part 6, clause 3.1 says they will be available for purchase the earlier of (a) 7 days before the game or (b) the game selling out. So they will at least be available for sale for 7 days.

Tin hat on..apologies if there is a thread on here already but can we still sell back to the club if you can't make a fixture, I'm pretty much gonna be snookered for the arsenal game due to work commitments, thanks for any advice... ta
