Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Ticket Exchange

My ticket has been on the exchange for 10 days, but when I have logged in on my brothers card to see if he can buy it the block I’m in shows sold out.

is this a common issue. Surely if exchange tickets dont show up they’re less likely to be sold!

Tickets don't go on the planner until a week before the Match.
 
Sorry that this is in the wrong thread but can't find the thread about downloading season tickets to your wallet. I have bought a new phone, Samsung. I used smart switch from my old phone to transfer everything across to my new phone. When I checked my Google wallet, the season ticket is not there. I logged in to my city account and tried to download the ticket that way, but i just keep getting error occurred message. Not sure what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions please

From your smartphone please open Google Chrome and visit tickets.mancity.com to 'sign in' to your account.
 
Have already done that, signed in and gone to my tickets, clicked on season ticket, clicked on it to download to my wallet, that's when I get the message from Google pay saying there is an error
Have you added a payment card to Google Pay to activate your wallet? You can delete it once it’s activated.
 
Yes. My old phone with the Google pay app is fine. Season card downloaded no problem
Android: Phones must run the latest version of Android, where possible. Google Pay must be installed and up to date, and NFC must be enabled. Please check herefor help updating your Android device if required. Mobile Season Tickets can be added to Android devices with NFC. Occasionally you will have a logo printed on the phone, or it will appear in your taskbar (when switched on). Otherwise, the best way to find if your phone has NFC is to find the settings for it on your phone.

  • Open Settings.
  • In the 'Search settings bar, type 'NFC'.
  • Tap and turn on NFC.
  • If you can't find NFC, your phone will not support Mobile Season Tickets.

I can only assume its a problem with the site then (hardly a surprise). I deleted my SC after the Norwich game thinking I was just deleting that pass and redownloaded my SC with no issue. Maybe give it repeated goes and as a last resort stock up with copious bottles of water and snacks and phone supporter services :)
