Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Ticket Exchange

I'm waiting for monies from the Burnley game & Palace. I emailed them & said it was ridiculous & they replied saying they had other checks to do before the money can be refunded. I asked them what kind of checks but have not received a reply.
Hope you get sorted soon, it's ridiculous it takes so long
 
My two friends have registered with City and have account numbers but when i try and add them to our family and friends an error appears. This system is utterly useless. whowhoever thought this was fit for purpose needs to be sacked.


20 mins later we managed to add them on. Now we have transfered them to my mates but i cant see any option to upgrade to adults. So it looks like i have transfered our two concession tickets to adults. Unhelpful, doesnt tell you what is happening or what to do. the wording and prompts on the ticket website are frankly bizzare and the whole site isnt intuitive and frankly a waste of ******* space. I doubt i will be renewing next year, i dont have the time to go through all this nonsense. ive rung the ticket office 4 times the past three mths and been cut off twice after over an hr on the phone. the other two times were pointless and unhelpful. I have also been to the ground an hr away specifically to sort an issue which was also a waste of time.

They clearly state it can take up to 42 days to receive the payment. I'm grateful to get money back from games I can't attend. These seem to sell very quickly now, before if it wasn't against the rags, chavs or dippers you struggled
 
Sorry if this has been asked before but how do you get a supporter number without paying the £25/35 or whatever please? I thought you could just register as a Cityzen but that is not giving me a supporter number!! It is for my friend who is coming over from Canada and wants to go to the West Ham game and I have got her a ticket but can't transfer without a supporter number.
Thanks in advance for your help.



As she won't be here for long it seems pointless paying the price of a ticket plus the price of membership as we are neither of us made of money.......and I've told you I'm saving my pension money for my funeral or the 81st bash whichever comes first!!! :-)

Burnley payments were made on 2nd Nov according to the club, and still not arrived, but rather than explain or investigate they hide behind 45 days when queried. So in effect you have to wait until 29th Nov before you can query why a payment you have been told has been made hasn't been received.

If the club didn't provide misleading information confirming payments they would have less enquiries to deal with.

I get some money back, the club make a few bob, a city fan gets to see a game they might have missed out on. For me it's pretty clear, this is what they sent me

The misleading part is that city specifically say it was sent on the 2nd November when clearly its not been sent on that date. Why they feel the need to lie I have no idea as by their terms, as you point out they have 4 more weeks to pay.

I cant remember if they send another email saying the payment has been sent, probably, but I don't see it as a lie if they do. It is more it's been sent but it still takes the me to process. This is how it works, if your ticket sells its a great service and as due to holidays etcetera I miss some games I'm grateful it exists
