It says "Per your request, your ticket has been resold. £24.47 refund was delivered to you on 02/11/2021."I cant remember if they send another email saying the payment has been sent, probably, but I don't see it as a lie if they do. It is more it's been sent but it still takes the me to process. This is how it works, if your ticket sells its a great service and as due to holidays etcetera I miss some games I'm grateful it exists
That's a lie. They don't need to lie just say your payment will be with you by X date.
