Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Ticket Exchange

A mate of mine cannot go tonight so he transferred his ticket to my Google pay account but it's not visible in my account. I had no problems when he did the same for the Burnley game so he suggested ringing supporter services. Just tried ringing, I'm in position 52. Not got all day to be listening to shite music on a loop to then be cut off(probably) before they answer.

If I haven't got the e-ticket in my wallet by 5 I will sack it off and watch on TV.

No wonder it's dubbed as the 'Emptyhad'! Sort your shit out City!

Plus the above is what people were informed, payment was made on 2nd Nov, so enough people contacted the club over a month ago when it didn't happen and were just fobbed of with 45 days rather than looking into it.
I know mate. I had exactly the same message. Looks like similar has happened with CP.
 
Daft question which I probably know the answer to,but prior to the Burnley game of which I’m still waiting as well,how long did it take if anyone can tell us did it take to refund from a game before Burnley match ? And have you been paid back like say Southampton game back in September?
Everything was paid well within the 45 days before. It worked ok earlier in the season. There are no excuses other than they don’t give a toss about customer service. Fair enough an error can be made initially but it’s the lack of resolution and communication that is inexcusable.

4.2. Payment will be paid into the UK nominated bank account of the Seller within 45-working days from the date the Match is played (in the unlikely event that payment cannot be processed within 45-working days, the Club will contact the Seller with an update on when payment can be expected).



The most frustrating part of this is they knew there’s an issue and they didn’t communicate it out as stated in their own terms and conditions. I only find out about the supposed system fault after I had to chase myself.

Like someone has bought them. Still in my wallet though and in my account still showing as they are being sold on the ticket exchange. Thats a new one.

If you select them and don't go to check out they can be unavailable for a long time, it is pretty clear some people in certain blocks select other people's pairs until their own are sold.

You will get 6 disappear and come back after an hour or so. The 20 min time out doesn't apply until check out, so if they stay on the select seats page they can take them off the market for a quite a while.
