Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Ticket Exchange

If you select them and don't go to check out they can be unavailable for a long time, it is pretty clear some people in certain blocks select other people's pairs until their own are sold.

You will get 6 disappear and come back after an hour or so. The 20 min time out doesn't apply until check out, so if they stay on the select seats page they can take them off the market for a quite a while.
wow. I wasn't aware of that. What a nasty trick that is. :-(

they have just reappeared. What a c*nts trick that is.

Seems like most of us haven't received the payment for the Burnley game. Don't let them fob you off with any nonsense about difficult. Its the easiest thing in the world to create a BACS file and settle multiple payments within 5 business days max. They do it with their car parking refunds flawlessly. According to their ts and cs refund for the Crystal Palace game should have been received today at the latest. Guess what. Nyada.
A BACS payment is usually processed in 3 working days but in practice you can submit a payment request by 10:30pm on Day 1 and it's paid at 12:05am on Day 3.

You can do Faster Payments as well, which are delivered within a couple of hours. I don't intend to accept any bull from City. Having got Bovril reinstated, City Matters is on a roll.

Can we get some clarification what would happen if you put a ticket on the exchange and it then gets postponed due to Covid? I have the Boxing Day match on the exchange but imagine there's every chance that might get shunted to any other day which I can make.

Thinking about it, I'll just take it off now and save the likely headache.

Thats good to hear mate. Just another thing which you might choose to mention. I have watched my tickets for Leeds appear and disappear multiple times this morning as some kind person/s click on them to put them in a basket and leave them there for a period making them unavailable to anyone that wants them (until their exchange tickets are sold?).

Simple fix would be to put a time limit on any transaction like most ticket websites have.

To give a little balance their car parking process seems to work faultlessly. Easy to book and refunds given quickly and efficiently.

A mate of mine cannot go tonight so he transferred his ticket to my Google pay account but it's not visible in my account. I had no problems when he did the same for the Burnley game so he suggested ringing supporter services. Just tried ringing, I'm in position 52. Not got all day to be listening to shite music on a loop to then be cut off(probably) before they answer.

If I haven't got the e-ticket in my wallet by 5 I will sack it off and watch on TV.

No wonder it's dubbed as the 'Emptyhad'! Sort your shit out City!
This happened to me recently - I just went to the game and showed them the ticket on my ticketing account (tickets.mancity.com) and the steward scanned me in. If you have time to arrive to the game quite early you should be fine.

All I have as evidence is a forwarded on email from my mate he received from supporter services. It doesn't have my name on the email though. I can't be arsed arguing the toss with a steward so it looks like I'll watch on TV.

For the Burnley game the e-ticket was in my Google pay wallet shortly after my mate sent it, but for this game it's not there.

When will these be back in the South Stand? Was dying for a hot drink against West Ham. The coffee isn't drinkable (has big horrible floaters in it) and the tea isn't much better. Was craving a Bovril like the good old days. :')

Honestly mate, that should be enough. That's all I had and it was the exact same thing. Click the link, nothing happens. Just showed it to the guy and he said "yeah we're getting loads of these, let me scan you in". Wasn't an issue at all. Appreciate you don't want to risk it though.

I don't want to miss the game mate as I've always considered Leeds a big game. It's just that i dont want the hassle of a steward telling me to go to the ticket office to get it sorted.
