When deferring, I asked about the direct debits and the lady said they shouldn't go out but wasn't sure and I could cancel them if I wanted. I thought the whole idea of deferrral was that everything would stay in place. Do I trust the DD not to go out ??. Answers on a postcard.
Have you (or anyone else) had an e mail from the club confirming deferral? I was told I would receive one by "Mike" but hadn't had anything, a little worried my deferral hasn't been applied.
Really feel for people that haven't been able to get through at all after 1 week+, really has been a typical shit show from City!

I was a cumulative of 8 hours on hold since Monday. Got through in 30 seconds here. I lied about wanting to upgrade to Joes and then asked my questions about putting other names on my season ticket until I can travel over again. what an absolute joke of a club we are. Don’t give a fuck about the actual fans.
 
This deferral thing is a fucking joke.

Did that form last week and nothing.
Contacted the club on Twitter on Sunday, who linked me to that form (I told them I'd already done it but they never replied)
Now on hold as the deadline is later today, but I can't be spending my day on hold when I have things to do.

What do they even need to discuss? I wanna defer for a year, why can't they just action that without the need to speak to you.

Impossible! ive sent the club an email, and contacted them on twitter and tried phoning numerous times. I have now just cancelled my DD as I felt I had no other choice.

The email just came through now, with an option to cancel. Great! Click on that, and there's no actual option to cancel.

Exactly the same. Not trying for hours on the phone again. No email. So I'm going to cancel the direct debit and deal with any fall out later
