Seasoncard - 2021/22

Ticket office all over the place. What's new? It's like expecting the PR set up to do a good job.
Look how Ashton has done for some rags.

Somewhat irritatingly I have just received an email from the club. I pay by direct debit and apparently don't have to do anything to renew my seat unless I want the credit from last season to be deducted from this season's ticket price. For some reason it is not possible for this to be done automatically and has to be done manually. I have tried twice now and been thrown off the system. I don't have enough hours in my day to spend on the phone to the ticket office. It really makes even the most simplest of tasks, such as automatic renewal, twice as difficult.

So they've extended the deadline until Sunday and finally put the option of deferring or cancelling online on what would have been the last day. Better late than never I suppose. Still a lot of unanswered questions with deferring but it's less of a shitshow than before.

I was in the same boat.
Had trouble with sort code.
Changed to my android tablet and got it done in a few minutes.
There was a view details link after the first part was filled out that took me to the direct debit part with my bank.
Good luck.

Incredible it’s taken a week to sort, comical.

Thanks to you and others mate in this thread, keeping us updated.

Managed to defer three now online. Why they couldn't have had this tab option sorted out is fucking ridiculous.

I've also already ticked the games I'm interested in attending next season.

Just the glory hunting games for me and Villa last game;)

had and e-mail for my son to renew his season ticket(he's a amnesty change from my brothers card we've been using since he went to aus in 2011) but when i click the link to renew his seat is nowhere to be seen!!!!! although the e-mail has the full details of the seat.
so the phone is my only option, i'm at 50 mins plus and not for the first time either as its been dropping off randomly(any one else had this problem.
i've never been so frustrated

finally at 2hrs 30mins got through and renewed me and my son seats
once through it was done in no time

I did this for me and my kids but the credit owed didn't get deducted on the direct debit confirmation.

Not sure if i'll get it back now.

I've manage to renew, the confirmation email has 'withdraw' and the credit amount on but the total price still says the full season ticket price. Will have to wait and see I suppose.

I had calculated my season ticket worked out at around £35.50 a game.

I would expect to be paying a premium of around £15-20 on an ad-hoc basis?

My thinking on deferral, aligned to not paying up front for games I won't or can't attend, I expect to still be up about £150 per season ticket on hopefully still getting to eight or ten matches with my old man and son, and able to react accordingly with the ongoing restrictions.

*I appreciate City offering me the deferral option after a difficult financial year. (Just wish they could have managed the roll out far better)

Have you got the link to them confirming the deadline has been extended?
